Vision
We sing music that inspires us and our listeners to live and act in ways that promote peace, social justice, and responsible stewardship of the earth. We model good communication skills, showing respect and compassion for others. Through our singing, we open our hearts and minds to connect with others in celebration of life.

* While we do not promote any particular religion or belief, we recognize that songs appropriate for our repertoire sometimes arise from religious or spiritual traditions. We sing songs from these traditions when the primary purpose of the song is to foster peace, social justice or responsible stewardship of the earth.

Not-for-profit 501 (c)(3)
The Peace Choir is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. A Board of Directors meets every other month throughout the year. The Board is made up of Committee Chairs, Section Leaders and other interested choir members. These meetings are open to all choir members.

An annual Business Meeting is held the last Thursday in May at the start of practice for all members. All choir members are welcome and encouraged to attend the Business Meeting. Board members are elected during this meeting.
